What I Offer

  Sturdy and professional installation for “For Sale,” “For Lease,” or custom signage.

• Sign Pickup & Removal
  Fast removal of signage when the listing sells or is taken off the market.

• Rider Changes or Repositions
  Need to update your rider or move a sign to a new location on the same property? Just let me know. I will charge a fee if the move is not requested before its been installed do because of the gas to drive out again.

• Photo Confirmation
  Receive a photo of each install so you can keep clients informed and track placement. A shown on my homepage

• Sign Panel Storage (optional)
  Don't want to haul panels? I can store your sign panels and riders for future use with no extra charge

Pricing

🔹 Within OKC Metro (Oklahoma City, Edmond, Norman):

• $60 per install

• $30 per pickup

This flat rate includes post setup, hardware, and confirmation photo.

🔹 Outside the OKC Metro:

• The same base rates apply ($60 install / $30 pickup)

• + $1.00 per mile round trip from OKC

You’ll always get a mileage estimate in advance for approval.

Turnaround Time

Most installs and removals are completed within 24–48 hours of your request after underground lines have been marked by okie typically 3 days.
